Yes, he has a huge scab on his forehead and no, I have no idea what happened. I am assuming that Aubrey was involved but she isn't talking. And Yes, he has some red bumps under his bottom lip because he is drooling CONSTANTLY, he has EIGHT Teeth coming in right now, yes that is 8 teeth; 4 on top & 4 on bottom. So anyday now he will go from 6 to 14 teeth...

Candy Carnival 2

Okay, so we took th kids to the Candy Carnival Sunday and Aubrey rode this little train pulled by a small tractor. This is Beck screaming with JEALOUSY because he didn't get to ride the train. It went REALLY Fast and I just don't think that Beck is old enough to ride the train yet. ;\ He was really mad at me so I tried to distract him with Aubrey's hat.

Candy Carnival

Sunday afternoon we took our Pirates to the Candy Carnival at the church that we have been going to. Aubrey had alot of fun, there was face painting, bowling with pumpklins, bean bag toss, basketball, hula hoops, a firetruck and lots of other games. Aubrey even rode this little train made out of oil barrels. She loved it especially since she got candy at every station!!

So my Mom's group has a Halloween Party this last Friday night and we went as a Family 'O Pirates. We looked GREAT, especially the Kiddos!! Even Captain Brad was a good sport, Thanks honey!!

Brunch at Randolph Air Base

So Dee Dee was in town this weekend so that Brad & I could go to the OSU-UT game and we went to Brunch with the Great at the Officer's Club on Sunday morning. Here are the kiddos being cute & adorable as we waited for the Great.

Sick Day!!

So Tuesday Beck was sick he vomitted twice, once at Waterloo (nice to leave lunch with your friends to clean up puke) and once in his bed. Had to clean EVERYTHING in his bed. And last night I had to end my Girl's Night Out early because Brad had called to tell me that Aubrey had throw up 4 times. And then she did it again at 1 AM in our bed. Good Times!! I started feeling pretty crappy too, sweaty, nausous, sick to my stomach, but b/c of my surgery I am no longer able to throw up. So we will see what happens. And my shoulder was killing me, not sure how much good that shot did. Gotta call my doc!! So I tried to convince Brad to take a sick day and take care of us, NO GO! Maybe he will come home a little early. But Beck seems back to 100%, he ate a HUGE breakfast!! And Aubrey just nibbled on her waffle.

Health Update

So I haven't had enough going on lately so I decided that I needed to see ONE more doctor. Since my Laparoscopic Nissen Fundiplication surgery on August 26th (7 weeks ago) I have had horrible shoulder pain. It wakes me up every night multiple times a night and I have pain all day long. At first I tought is was gas (air that was pumped inside me to perform the surgery laparoscopicly) then I thought it was referred pain in my shoulder from the surgery, your have some nerve endings in your shoulders. So after ALOT of Advil and sleeping with a heating pad for 6 weeks I decided to call my doc about it. So her referred me to an Orthopaedic Shoulder Specialist and I have a Shoulder Impingment, which is fancy talk for my rotator cuff is pinched. He gave me a BIG SHOT with a BIG NEEDLE in my SORE SHOULDER of Cortisone and I suppose to have Physical Therapy 3 times a week for 4 weeks and go back & see him. So if someone can come watch Beck for me 3 times a week for 4 weeks while Aubrey is in school it would really help me out. I have no idea how I am going to get all this PT done. BTW-I am pretty much healed from the stomach surgery-still NO REFLUX!! I am eating much smaller meals and don't eat much bread or anything doughy. Still haven't had steak or pizza...which I love and miss dearly.

It is the grossest dirtiest jobs and let's face it, NOONE is going to do it but me.

ATTENTION ALL OF YOU WITHOUT KIDS: Do not let your kids eat or drink anything in your car, You WILL regret it. Your car will never smell the same again. Of course, I say this completely facetious because the easiet way to keep kids quiet in the car is to plug thier mouths with a bottle or Goldfish or whatever is handy. Since Beck has been whole milk he thinks that it is cute & funny to turn the bottle upside down and let all the milk drip down on the carseat. Wanna guess how good old milk on the carseat in the Austin heat smells? Parts of the carseat cover has hardened because of the milk, Nice huh? The covers are in the wash, UGH!! They were soooo gross too. I used about 20 clorox wipes to wipe down every surface and took every little part of the carseat apart that I could. And I vacuummed my car out!! I SUPER Rock!!

BIG BOY BECK

So we went to the Pediatrician's office last week for flu shots and I put Beck on the scale to see how much he weighs: 21 lbs 3 oz!! Plus he has been eating everything in sight, sleeping in, and taking long naps lately, I think that he is going through another major growth spurt. He is still really tall & skinny!!

Beck loves playscapes!

If anyone wants to know what Beck wants for Christmas, he would like a huge playscape (and I would like a house to put one at). He loves to play at the park or on any playscape, he plays and goes down the slide all by himself like he is a 3 year old. He sees Aubrey do all these things and knows that he can do it too.
