Yoga Yoga

So I attended my first Yoga class at our new awesome gym Lifetime Fitness. And it ROCKED!! I just discovered that 1) I love Yoga!! & 2) I am not as flexible or well balanced as I thought. But that is why I am going to go to Yoga to work on those issues. Tomorrow I am going to try Pilates...hope I like it as much as Yoga.

How fun! I wish we lived in the same city so we could do it together!

I tried my first Yoga class on Saturday with 2 friends and I was falling all over the place! Thank God I was in the very back in the corner because I was laughing so hard...NOT in a state of nirvana :)

that's awesome. i know when i used to do it it really helped my back. i need to get back into it

ok so I did Pilates once in college. It lasted about 2 weeks. It is hard on your core. It will build strenght if you can keep it up. I as you can see, did not keep it up. I am trying to get Michael to decide to do something with me, to help keep me accountable. It is not going to be easy. It looks like I will be doing all the accountability, just like smoking. Which I am doing well at! Michael is working on it!!
